[台北] 一禾堂麵包本舖 Yiihotang Artisan Bakery

I seldom visit bakery because I don’t eat bread for meals at home. But I have visited Yiihotang couple times already, I like their bread and desserts a lot. 
我很少會去麵包店買麵包,因為我對麵包選擇很挑,平常也少吃麵包做早餐。但我前前後後來了一禾堂五次以上,每次都是買他們的麵包或甜點在他們店外吃/帶給香港的朋友。

I’d prefer to go in the mornings, a lot of fresh bread and desserts.

店裡是走日式麵包店風,我比較喜歡早上來,有很多新鮮麵包出爐。

My favorite sea salt butter roll, freshly baked is always the best. Ingredients are simple, just have some sea salt added, but the bread has a strong buttery aroma, with savory taste from the sea salt, delicious. Everytime I had this outside the bakery and the staff gave me hot tea to drink. 
來這一定要買他們的海鹽奶油捲。大愛這裡的海鹽奶油捲,試過買回家翻烤但真的比不上新鮮出爐吃。奶油香十分突出,香氣四溢,加上海鹽的鹹,簡單的味道但非常討我歡心。每次店員看到我在店外吃,會送茶給我喝,好貼心

Hokkaido milk pudding, smooth and milky, not too sweet and not too hard, it’s tasty with the caramel at the bottom. 
北海道生乳布丁,奶香不會太重,恰到好處,同時也不會做得太硬,軟滑好吃。我很怕外面的牛乳布丁會下太多吉利丁但這裡不會,搭配下面的焦糖讓加倍美味。

The Canelés are in good quality, crispy surface with soft eggy fillings inside. They have original, brown sugar, caramel and matcha flavors. I like their matcha flavors a lot. 
可麗露亦是做得十分好,外脆內軟,有原味、黑糖、焦糖還有抹茶口味,我最喜歡他們的抹茶口味,抹茶香跟可麗露香味平衡,焦糖的也不錯。

Condensed milk and tangerine roll cake. My frd Henry bought me last time and I really like the unique flavor of tangerine and condensed milk, it goes very well. Fluffy roll cake texture is another reason why their roll cakes are popular among Taiwanese 
橘子煉奶卷蛋糕。這個我很推薦,因為橘子跟奶香本來就不是那麼的搭,但他們的橘子本身的味道沒有很重,只有淡淡的香,所以一整個吃起來十分可口,我想他們其他口味的卷蛋糕也應該好吃吧。
