去水腫 紅豆水做法 How To Make Red Bean Water

最近很流行喝紅豆水,因為很多人都說可以去水腫,對身體好。我是一個屬於水腫型體質的人,所以當越聽得多人說有效,自己也馬上做紅豆水來喝。我有瘦到,有去水腫,也覺得身體變好,所以想向大家分享紅豆水的做法。

之前其實有買過這樣的紅豆水沖劑,因為很方便,一天一至兩包,到那裏也可以用,也不用浪費時間去做。但說實話,我覺得功效是有的,之前半個月喝掉了一整包,感覺上有消腫了一些,但實在是不太明顯啦。如果我要去旅行,我還是會帶這些頂一下。不想為他們買廣告,那就拍下這些沖劑的成份給你們看。
I tried those red bean powder before but I don’t think it’s effective. Therefore, I decided to make the water by myself.

材料很簡單 (約6-8杯紅豆水,我一天都喝蠻多的。如果你不想喝太多,把以下份量減半)
一碗飯碗的紅豆
八碗飯碗的水
也可以加薏米,約三分一飯碗左右。但因為薏米性質屬微寒,我是體質也是屬寒性,中醫師說我不太適合多吃薏米。如果你的體質是屬於熱性,便可加薏米同煮,功效應該加倍吧。

Ingredients (6-8 cups, if you don’t want to drink this much then reduce to half portion below)
1 coffee mugs of red beans
8 coffee mugs water

紅豆水做法

我家裡是買這種有機紅豆,價錢不是差太遠,這種真空包裝感覺較乾淨。但其實在藥材店或菜市場買到的紅豆已經適合用。
I use organic red beans but actually you can buy any kind of red beans from supermarket.

先把紅豆沖水洗淨,然後放在鍋子裏。
Wash the red beans and put them into the pot.

加水,然後以大火煮沸,留意鍋裡的水起泡的時候便表示水很快會沸騰。
Add water and keep it until the bubbles come out.

紅豆水做法

當水煮沸的時候,換小火,便調自最小火煮十分鐘左右,不用蓋鍋蓋。如果你把份量減半便可以立刻關火。
When the water boils like this, turn to the lowest hear and boil for 10 minutes without lid. If you reduce the ingredients then you can switch off the heat after boiling.

然後蓋鍋蓋,燜半小時。之後顏色就會像這樣。
Put the lid on and wait for 30 minutes. The color of the water should be like this.

要注意用湯匙湯勺取出紅豆水的時候請不要把底下的紅豆撈起來,舀出的方法像吃火鍋隔油一樣。紅豆底下還會煮出一些澱粉質,所以不要碰到紅豆就OK。
Use a big spoon to take the water out. Don’t touch the red bean underneath because it has some starch and we don’t need those.

可趁熱喝或放涼喝,但千萬不要放在冰箱。喝冰的也是會令身體水腫,變成無效了。如果前一晚煮好的紅豆水可以把紅豆水放在保溫瓶裏,或把水放在冷氣房內,也不會讓紅豆水變壞,隔天也可以飲用。
Can drink when hot or let it cool down, but try not to put it in fridge because in Chinese health culture, drinking iced water can make people have body edema. If you make the water a night before you drink, you can keep it in a thermos bottle or put it in a room with air conditioning.

我之前試過斷斷續續地做紅豆水,終於在上星期無間斷地做了七天,我輕了1.5公斤。這段期間我有外出吃飯,但次數不多,一星期約兩晚左右,其餘時間都在家吃比較清淡的食物,運動也有做,但就是快步走一小時/15-20分鐘的高強度循環訓練。臉看起來有小一點,尤其是眼睛,雙眼皮變得很明顯 XD 我不是要地獄式減肥,所以我覺得喝紅豆水對我來說蠻有效的,大致是因為我體質的緣故吧。很重要的一點是,紅豆可以幫身體排毒,這星期排便也多了,一天可以上三、四次,是正常的去,不是拉肚子。
I continue drinking red bean water for a week and I lost 1.5kg, mainly because I am easy to have edema. Every morning I have puffy face and puffy eyes, but this week the situation is better. And because red bean can help detoxing, I poop 3-4 times per day normally.
