台北的火鍋店越來越多樣化，最近這家夠夠肉火鍋在大安區開店，肌肉型男作宣傳和有趣的裝潢成為熱點，找了一個晚上與朋友Regina一起來這吃晚餐，感受一下比較新形式的火鍋店。A new hotpot restaurant – Meatfeast Hotpot (Gogoro is just their pronunciations in Chinese) opened in Da’an District, Taipei.
店內外都會有一些讓人會心微笑的標語設計，裏面裝修潔淨簡單，喜歡這種簡約感。Funny slogans and wordings on the wall, simple and clean decorations.
來用餐的都有飲料和冰淇淋免費附贈，自助形式，調味料也是自助的。Seasonings, fred drinks and icecream with the meal.
每點一份肉或海鮮，都會附菜盤、附餐(白飯、王子麵、寬冬粉、烏龍麵、蛋 五選一)。我選了寬冬粉，朋友選了白飯。這裏吃火鍋的方法有點特別，先是要把洋蔥、蒜、青蔥跟蝦米放到鍋子炒一下才加高湯，這樣做是能讓湯頭更有香氣。湯頭以豬骨、雞骨、老薑，還加了水果熬煮，喝起來清爽不油膩。Veggie platter and rice (or instant noodles, glass noodles, udon or egg) are with the meat as a set meal. Before pouring the soup into the pot, put the onion, garlic, scallion, dried shrimp and a bit oil to stir fry for a while, to increase the aroma of the soup base.
美國Prime無骨牛小排 boneless short ribs (L 6.5oz 590NT)
Tender and flavorful boneless short ribs, normally I can taste this part when having steak, also tasty to eat during hotpot.
西班牙松阪豬 Spain Pork Jowl (L 8oz 450NT)
比較有彈性跟咬口的松阪豬，肉味也是很濃郁，油份不多但肉質還是嫩的，我喜歡。The cheek part from Spanish pork, relatively lean compared with the beef, if you don’t want to have fatty pork like me, you can choose this, even though the meat is lean but tender and soft in texture.
我欣賞這類每種肉都不會含糊地只說是和牛、松阪豬，他們會寫明肉類是從哪裏來哪一個部位，讓人吃得安心又愉快。服務也是值得一讚，我很喜歡那位戴眼鏡的服務員，非常親切有禮，耐心地為我們解說各種肉類和吃法，給他服務到真的為這次晚餐大大加分。推薦給每一位來試試。The quality of meat is good, I like the way they explain and introduce where and which part of meat is from, soup base is delicious, and the service here is wonderful! The staffs are polite and friendly.
