藏匿餐酒館、躲迷藏、Bar藏，這三家有”藏”字的店都是在中壢非常知名的酒吧/餐廳。調酒加入台灣獨有的酒品和食材，亦有坊間難尋的酒類，菜式亦為配酒而特別設計。人在台北也特地到中壢造訪。 Hideout Bar and Bistro / Hide-n-Seek Tiki Flair Bar / Bar Hide are famous bars/bistro in Chungli, Taiwan. Cocktails are with Taiwan’s unique wine and ingredients. They have liquor that is rarely found outside. The dishes are specially designed with wine. I visited these 3 places with my friend one night.
到這三家店其實就不只是被他們的酒吸引啦，我的好朋友Shin是這裡的餐飲總監。我跟他在香港認識，當時他在中環的Check in Taipei工作，設計了不少富有台灣特色的調酒。其後他回台灣，幫他的朋友打造藏系列的餐廳酒吧。這次到中壢，除了到這喝酒，也特地來見朋友。
In fact I didn’t visit these 3 places not only for their wine, my good friend Shin is the F&B director here. I met him in Hong Kong, when he was working in Check in Taipei, Central, he designed a lot of awesome cocktails with Taiwanese ingreidents and wine. Last year he returned to Taiwan for helping his friends manage a series of restaurants and bars. This time to Chungli, I can have good wine, and to see my friend again.
先介紹藏匿餐酒館。他在中正公園裡面，公園裡輕鬆氛圍的複合式餐飲，提供酒類、輕食與正餐。 First introduce Hideout Bar and Bistro. It’s inside Zhongzheng park, Relaxed atmosphere in the park, where guests can enjoy drinks, light meals and meals.
海鮮拼盤有炸蝦、炸軟殼蟹、炸魷魚圈和炸魚。非常好的伴酒美食，不油膩而且件頭都很大。我們還點了好吃薯條，但我忘了拍照。Seafood Platter – deep fried prawns, soft shell crabs, squids and fish. Tasty food with wine, not oily and the size are big. We had delicious frites too but I forgot to take photo.
Fobidden Fruit (Hayman’s Sloe gin, Campari (soak), Red wine syrup, sugar cane wine, fresh shiso)
Hayman’s Sloe gin的莓果香，金巴利酒的鮮紅配以甘蔗酒新鮮紫蘇，甜、香、色俱備。取名Fobidden Fruit取的真好。
Hayman’s Sloe gin’s berry aroma, red Campari with sugar cane wine and fresh shiso, sweet, pleasant fragrant, colorful reddish cocktail, match with it’s name – Fobidden Fruit.
Tin fizz (right 右) (gin,rose water, egg white and cream)
上面的蛋白霜喝起來有舒芙蕾的綿密口感，加上玫瑰水的香，愛玫瑰香的朋友會喜歡這杯。 Soft and dense beaten egg white and cream, the texture is similar with souffule, with the fragrance of rose water, if you like rose flavor, you’d like this Tin Fizz.
Hometown (Left) (Oolong tea and cassia seed infused gin, matcha, yuzu) 加入烏龍茶及決明子的特色調酒，還有日本抹茶及柚子。富茶香和柚香的調酒，我非常喜歡，是我的個人推薦呢！ Gin infused with oolong tea and cassia seed, as well as matcha and grapefruit. Flavorful and decent tea scent and yuzu aroma, it’s my most favorite cocktail I’ve tried, highly recommended!
之後要介紹躲迷藏主題廚房，截然不同的風格，是全台灣唯一及第一間花式調酒結合TIKI風格及島嶼風味美食的酒吧。位於中壢區光明公園內，佔地很大，入內用餐有置身熱帶島渡假一樣。 Hide-N-Seek Tiki Flair Bar / Island Cuisine, completely different style from Hideout Bar and Bistro. This is the only and the first fancy mix of TIKI style wine and island-style cuisine bar in Taiwan. Located in Guang Ming Park,Chungli. A large area with Island decorations. Feels like having holidays in Island when having dinner.
Shin特意為我們安排三款酸甜為主的調酒。Shin let us try 3 cocktails with sour and sweet flavor.
Silk Road (Left 最左) (Red wine, cucumber juice, fresh chili juice, grapefruit bitter essence, homemade spices syrup)
葡萄酒, 小黃瓜汁, 新鮮小辣椒汁, 葡萄柚苦精, 自製香料糖漿。對調酒的黃瓜汁比較有印象，混合小辣椒汁喝起來會嚐到辣椒的香氣，並不會辣。
Impressed by the cucumber juice, mixed with chili juice, I could taste the aroma from the chili yet it’s not spicy.
Parrot Cup (Rum, beetroot syrup, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, whisky, egg white)
Strong contrast of sourness and sweetness from pineapple juice and lemon juice, Adequate portions of rum and whisky. The cocktail cup is cute, it’s a parrot, good looking and tasty cocktail.
Pirate King (Stolichnaya, Sugar cane juice, fresh sugar cane juice, sweet and sour juice)
甘蔗酒, 蘇托力香草Vodka, 新鮮甘蔗汁, 酸甜汁。以漂亮的鳳梨形狀酒杯呈上，但調酒沒有鳳梨成分。這組合很得我心，因為我愛喝甘蔗汁，加上伏特加的酒勁，三杯中個人最喜歡的。
With a beautiful pineapple shape glass, but no pineapple ingredients in this cocktail. I like this cocktails’s combination because I love to drink sugar cane juice, plus vodka, my most favorite among 3.
這裡的菜式餐點亦做得非常好。The dishes here are also good.
一網打盡酸辣三鱻 Sour and spicy seafood salad 300NT
Seafood including shrimp, squid and fish, with onions and spicy sauce white vinegar mix, tasty appetizer with Southeast Asian flavor.
獵人豬腩小米粽 pork belly dumplings 80NT一件
Chef is the aboriginal Taiwanese, he created these millet dumplings. The leaves have unique aroma, rarely found outside.
食人族骨肉分離之化骨豬腳 pork knuckle 460NT
Chewy skin with tender and savory meat. I like the sauces, spicy sweet and sour lemon juice and honey mustard. A must eat item with wine.
If you want to taste more whisky, gin, red/white wine or others cocktail, Bar Hide is definitely a wine-loving person’s paradise. After entering the Arch of the Guang Ming Park, turn left and you’ll see a corridor, the door is a bridge with a moat. If you can not find the organ button to shake the doorbell, they will open the door to you.
Stylish bar with soft lighting, comfortable and quiet bar. Almost all the glasses and utensils are from overseas. Bartender that night was the boss – Anwei, cordial and very professional guy. Even if you go alone, he’ll take good care of you and you won’t feel bored.
蘇格蘭麥芽威士忌協會的威士忌，他們每一款的威士忌都只有限量的瓶數，亦只有協會的會員能購買，其他人是比較難購買他們的威士忌，萬分珍貴的品牌，難怪在fb放了照片後朋友立刻表示要來喝。 Whisky from Scotch Malt Whisky Society. Each whisky bottles are limited and only members of the Association can buy, other people are more difficult to find or to buy outside, very precious brand, no wonder my friend told me they want to visit here after I posted the photo on my fb.
I ordered Gin Tonic after having whisky. Anwei made 3 glasses for us. The cups are thinner than the normal ones, ice cubes are large, they make the ice cubes instead of buying ice outside. G’vine is different from the general gin , they use grapes as base, and also using vine flowers as ingredient. The gin itself is already flavorful, pleasant scent from flowers and grapes, no need to add any fruits or herbs together with Tonic water.
