W台北酒店紫艷中餐廳做的新派粵菜一直都是高水準,一大班人或是一個人都可在這大啖美味的廣東菜。都市傳說這裡的套餐吃不飽,吃過後可以告訴你並不是,我吃得夠飽哈哈。
YEN at W Taipei serves creative and high quality “New Chinese Cuisine”, even if visiting alone can still try their dishes. Heard that their portion of set meals are small, but I’ve tried and I was full after lunch.

這次是我自己一個人去吃午餐,選了他們的1180NT商業午餐。紫色的主色調高雅漂亮,亦是我最喜歡的顏色呢!尤其喜愛紫筷子。
I visited alone for lunch, tried their 1180NT business lunch. Love their purple tone main theme, especially their purple chopsticks.

小吃是洛神花乾,酸甜口味幫助生津開胃。
Sweet and sour dried roselle as appetizer.

寶島野菌餃 、潮州蒸粉粿 、魚籽蒸燒賣
Formosa mushroom dumpling, Steamed dumpling with peanuts, dried daikon radish and pork Steamed fish roe siew mai

做得細緻的三款點心,寶島野菌餃蠻特別的,在香港比較少吃得到野菌餃。
Delicate dim sum. Formosa mushroom dumpling is the most special one, rarely find wild mushroom dumplings in HK.

港式老火煲例湯
Yen’s soup of the day

喝得開懷的老火湯,當天嚐到的是佛手瓜雞爪豬骨湯,溫潤的湯頭很有家的味道。
Chayote soup with chicken feet and pork bone, homey and tasty Chinese soup.

乾燒醬爆深海虎蝦球
Seared tiger prawns, soy bean paste

爽鮮的蝦球配上豆瓣醬,惹味香口,屬比較重口味的一道。
A flavorful savory main dish, fresh prawns taste nice with soybean paste.

田園濃湯杞子泡時蔬
Poached seasonal greens with wolfberries in supreme chicken broth

濃味的蝦球後有清甜的雞高湯杞子泡莧菜,看起來很少但份量其實蠻多的。
After a flavorful prawns, I have this rich chicken broth and wolfberries with Chinese spinach. It looks small in portion but actually it’s quite a lot.

南瓜雪葩西米露、鬆化酥皮蛋塔
Sweetened pumpkin soup with sago, coconut cream and sorbet Creamy egg tart

西米露加上南瓜雪葩本身的甜度,清涼不膩。蛋塔皮做得酥香好吃。
Light dessert with natural sweetness from pumpkin. I like the egg tart crust, fluffy and buttery.

主廚精選合時水果盤
Fresh fruit platter

吃完整頓午餐很剛好,不會覺得不夠,味道上比較清爽,不會太重負擔。下次有機會的話會跟朋友來吃多一些點心。
The portion of this lunch is just right, enough for me and didn’t feel too full afterwards. Will come again and try more dim sum with friends.
