Wan Guo Sauerkraut Noodles is a small eatery inside Ximending. If you like sauerkraut (to me I’d like to call the food as Taiwanese pickles), you have to try, for their tasty noodles this place worth a visit.
To be honest the environment is very old-fashioned, for me I don’t like the environment and atmosphere inside. But I like their noodles very much, I could just ignore the surroundings and enjoyed my noodles. If you don’t like Taiwanese pickles, you don’t have to try.
點的只是他們的酸菜蛋湯麵 (小 60NT) Came here for this sauerkraut noodles with egg (small 60NT)
Noodles look nothing special, but the sourness of the Taiwanese pickles are nice and pleasant. Soup base is made from pork bone, with a slightly fragrance of the pickles, keeps me want to taste more. Noodles has its own chewiness, the fried egg went very well with the noodles. This time I want to have soup, I think their dried noodles should be tastier.
或許下次來買外帶好了 （笑）Maybe next time I’ll consider takeaway.
