My灶滷肉飯非常有名,之前香港朋友Marshall到台北,跟他和台灣朋友Henry一起晚餐。滷肉飯名不虛傳,好吃。
My Zhao is famous for their braised pork rice, 灶 (Zhao) = Kitchen in Taiwanese dialect. They have some other good Taiwanese authentic dishes too. I had a happy dinner with my friend Marshall and Henry here.

就在松江南京站出口3右轉直走一分鐘步程,建議訂位,如要吃他們的白斬雞、麻油雞飯亦要預先預訂。
Just 1 minute walk from Songjiang Nanjing MRT station exit 3. Better make reservations before visit. If you want to try their chicken and sesame chicken rice, needs to reserved before also.

小吃酸木瓜,用上百香果去醃,酸甜開胃。
Sour green papaya with passion fruit juice.

蒼蠅頭 “Fly’s head” 280NT
以韭菜切粒,加上豆豉、肉碎同炒,拌飯之選。如果加上皮蛋味道會更好。
“Fly’s head” is an authentic Taiwanese dish, fly’s head = fermented black beans, and also with chopped garlic chives and minced pork. Goes very well with rice. If they add some preserved eggs like the traditional dish does, it would be more tasty.

鮮蚵烘蛋 Taiwanese omelet with oysters 280NT
漂亮的圓扁型,烘蛋質感蠻鬆軟的,鮮蚵鮮甜飽滿,不錯吃。
I like the fluffy texture of the eggs with fresh flavorful oysters.

蒜片A菜 Taiwanese lettuce with garlic 180NT
純粹是加道青菜而點的,淡淡的蒜味伴A菜,家常的炒菜味道。
Ordered this just for a veggie dish. Homey fried Taiwanese lettuce with slightly fragrance from the garlic slices.

My灶滷肉飯 “My Zhao braised pork rice” 80NT
招牌名物,飯上的滷肉也真的做得蠻優,肥瘦豬肉摻半,油而不膩。色澤較深但不過鹹,醬油香突出,雖然價格比外面的貴一些,但值得一吃。
Their famous rice, we like the braised pork very much. Fatty and lean pork mixed together, with the scent of soy sauce, splendid braised pork rice, worth trying.
