They have clear broth or spicy broth, I chose clear broth, it tastes like water.
Sesame paste, scallions and coriander. Since the broth is tastelsss, the food needs more flavor with the seasonings.
This is pickled garlic, marinated with vinegar and sugar, to ease greasiness of the meat and sesame paste. It’s an authentic way to have this kind of hotpot.
手切鮮羊後腿肉，又稱磨檔，半盤23.4RMB，久煮不柴，肉質蠻嫩的。Supreme fresh hand-cut lamb silverside (half plate 23.4RMB).
羊腹肉(半盤18.4RMB)，油香比較重，也是肉質嫩的一款肉，不錯吃。Flap-boneless lamb (half plate 18.4RMB)
Half plate of celtuce and salt sesame pastry. I didn’t eat very full because I had to go somewhere else before flight, but at least I felt complete for my Beijing trip.
