台中美食大判燒,古早味加上創意口味,被IG上的芋頭鹹蛋黃口味吸引,準備要離開台中要坐高鐵南下時特地來買。店有兩家,一家在台中車站附近,我去的是在金典酒店旁,廣三sogo斜對面,剛開店的時候我就到了,所以沒有等太久。
Famous Imagawayaki in Taichung, with both authentic and creative fillings. Visited here after seeing the picture of their taro with salty egg yolk flavor. There are 2 shops, one is near Taichung station, another one is next to Splendor Hotel Taichung. I went there right after they opened, so I didn’t wait for too long.

看很多人都選擇”買八送一”,我沒辦法吃那麼多,買了三款口味。他們不會幫客人切,但能向他們拿刀跟切板。
I saw many people chose “buy 8 get 1 free”, I couldn’t eat 9 at once, I bought 3. The staffs don’t help customers to cut the wheel cake, buy you can ask them to give you chop board and knife.

菜脯 Taiwanese pickles 20NT
屬古早口味的菜脯,味道較清淡,沒有我想像中的鹹,跟大判燒鹹甜鹹甜,不是我吃過最好的菜脯大判燒,但亦不錯。
Authentic Taiwanese flavor, milder than I expected, savory fillings with sweet surface, not the best pickles flavor but still not bad.

泡菜起司 Kimchi and cheese 25NT
他們的泡菜好吃,不太鹹,帶一點酸跟甜,配合起司,吃起來也不會覺得辣。
Their kimchi with cheese is tasty, not too salty with adequate sourness and sweetness, it’s not spicy too.

鹹蛋黃芋頭 Taro with salty egg yolk 35NT
芋頭綿密細緻富芋香,配鹹蛋黃一起鹹甜討喜,雖說是創意口味但卻有古早的芋泥酥香氣,好吃!
Dense and smooth taro paste, with pleasant taro fragrance and salty egg yolk. It’s their creative fillings but this combination has the flavor of authentic taro puff pastry, delicious.
