熱炒可算是台灣特色地道菜之一,如果有香港或外地朋友在台灣,我都會選一間帶他們去。這家中央市場熱炒價格不貴又好吃,前後去過兩次了。
“Stir-fries” is one of Taiwanese local food, we have stir fried dishes with rice and beer with friends or family. I always love being my frds from Hong Kong or overseas to go to those stir-fries restaurants. This time me and my HK friends tried Central Market Stir fries.

位於台北一級熱炒戰區長安東路一段,其中一家常常爆滿的熱炒店就是這家。建議先訂位比較不用等。 Located at section 1, Chang An Road. Quite a lot of stir-fries restaurant here. But here should be the most popular one, full house every night.

我們坐在地下一樓,比較沒有地面那層吵雜。先來台灣啤酒,就準備點菜了。
We sat at the basement, less noisy compared with the ground floor. After ordering Taiwan beer we started to choose food on the ordering sheet.

冷筍沙拉 Bamboo salad
台灣筍切塊再加上美乃滋,道地的台灣涼盤。
Taiwanese bamboo salad is with mayonnaise. Taiwan mayonnaise tastes not the same with the foreign ones, it tastes sweeter.

蒜泥鮮蚵 garlic oysters
鮮蚵的鮮味很突出,蚵肉很飽滿,蒜泥香而不嗆,大家都很喜歡。 Fresh and sweet oysters, the aroma of garlic is mild, not too strong, we enjoyed this dish very much.

五更腸旺 pork intestine and duck blood in pot
我很喜歡這裡的五更腸旺,因為臭豆腐沒有下太多。常常覺得下很多臭豆腐的五更腸旺都是混水摸魚。這裏的鴨血和大腸都下得多,惹味而不油膩,還可吃到一些鹹酸菜,好吃!
Some restaurants put quite a lot of stinky tofu for lower the cost. The pot here has a lot of pork intestine and duck blood, with pickles in mild spicy sauce, if you like having this kind of Taiwanese food, you would enjoy this.

乾煸四季豆 stir fried green beans
四季豆有先泡油,炒得乾身好吃。beans are deep fried for dry texture, tasty enough.

三杯田雞 3 cups frog
想試試他們的三杯好不好吃,我和朋友都吃田雞的,所以點了他們的田雞。覺得這裡每件田雞肉很多,炒起來也夠香,不吃田雞的朋友可以點他們的三杯雞腿,應該也很不錯。
3 cups means 1 cup of wine, 1 cup of soy sauce and 1 cup of sesame oil. We all eat frog so we ordered this. Very flavorful from the 3 cups seasonings, you can order 3 cups chicken legs, should be good too.

酥炸鮮蚵 deep fried oysters
覺得這裡的鮮蚵新鮮肉美,就再點個酥炸鮮蚵,也是美味,喜愛以蕃薯粉去炸的炸層。
We want to have one more oyster dish, this is in deep fried version. Another good companion with beer, delicious.

創意招牌豬肝 signature pork liver
吃熱炒或台菜總會喜歡點豬肝,創意應該是在他的醬汁吧,酸酸甜甜的,豬肝的生熟度剛好,賣相不太好但味道很不錯。
The sauce is in sweet and sour, the texture of pork liver is very nice.

客家小炒 Hakka stir-fries
除了豬肝外也很喜歡點客家小炒。以五花、乾魷魚、大蔥、豆乾跟芹菜才一起炒,非常豐富的味道和質感,都很喜歡點這個下酒或配飯吃。
It is a popular dish at every stir-fried restaurants in Taiwan. There are quite a lot of Hakkaese living in Taiwan, you can find this dish at many places. It has pork, dried squid, leek, dried tofu and celery. Goes well with beer or rice.

炒龍鬚菜 Chayote leaves
這裏沒有我喜歡吃的山蘇,本想點炒水蓮但當天沒有,店員跟我說有過貓,更合我意。龍鬚菜又名過貓,是佛手瓜的植物部份。這裡加了破布子一起炒,有點特別,讓香港的朋友吃吃道地的台灣蔬菜。 Chayote leaves is a Taiwanese vegetable, recommend you to try some veggies here because many of the veggies dishes here are only found in Taiwan.
