里斯本 Casa Das Bifanas 葡萄牙豬排包 豬扒包 早餐 宵夜 國民美食

葡萄牙里斯本的Casa das bifanas豬排包(香港: 豬扒包)非常有名,吃過很多家澳門的豬排包但對葡萄牙的bifana一無所知,在里斯本旅遊的時候到這吃早餐。
Famous eatery Casa das Bifanas at Lisbon Portugal, I have tried quite a lot of Macanese pork chop buns but I know nothing about its originated form. We came here for breakfast.

最地道的吃法是配上一杯葡萄牙啤酒,但剛睡醒就不喝酒了,點了一碗雞湯,裡面有不少orzo意大利麵,簡單的味道不錯喝。
The most local way is with a Portuguese beer, but we didn’t want to have beer after waking up, we ordered chicken soup with orzo pasta, simple and clear soup base, not bad. 

Bifana是葡萄牙的國民美食,作為快餐或宵夜點心。每城市的做法都有些不一樣,在里斯本吃到的是一片片的豬肉,而不是一整塊的豬排,用上甜椒粉、檸檬、蒜去醃。麵包看起來很硬但其實不會,外層很脆裡面蠻軟的,個人覺得豬肉味道比較淡,但加了桌上的芥末後變好吃多了。可能習慣了澳門的那種以醬油料酒糖去醃的豬排去做的豬排包,所以覺得差別蠻大的。也是會想再吃,有機會的話會去其他的店吃看看。
Bifana is a national food of Portugal, Portuguese eat as a quick meal or late supper bites. There are several variations among different parts of Portugal. In Lisbon, pork is in slices instead of a pork chop, marinated with paprika, lemon juice and garlic. The bread looks hard but actually it’s crunchy outside and soft inside. To me the pork tasted mild, but it tasted a lot better by adding with mustard on the table. Maybe I am used to eat those Macanese pork chop buns with pork chop marinated with soy sauce, chinese wine and sugar, the differences between Portugal bifanas and Macanese pork chop buns are pretty big. Worth trying anyway, and would like to try the other bifanas next time.
